Our Ethos in action
We believe that play is the most important work of young children.
We believe that the adults are facilitators of play, providing interesting room arrangements, choice of areas and enticing projects.
We change and update our toys and equipment, as well as art supplies, to meet the changing learning and development needs of the children.
We use age appropriate activities with the children.
We help guide children in appropriate interaction with others, in an environment where courtesy and cooperation are stressed.
We believe children enjoy a routine because it makes them feel secure in knowing what to expect next.
We believe in flexibility and spontaneity within the daily routine.
